Due ProcessUSA provides our Contract Process Servers with unparalleled support in the field. Our office hours of operation are 8:00am to 8:00pm EST. This ensures that we are accessible to our clients, as well as being available to assist our Process Servers troubleshoot issues as they arise.
If you are interested in becoming a Contract Process Server for Due ProcessUSA, please complete the “Contractor Information Form” in its entirety and fax to (443) 583-0292. Your submission should also include proof of Process Server registration and bonding (if required in your area). Upon receipt, a Due ProcessUSA representative will respond via email with our compensation schedule.
If you acknowledge and agree to the fees referenced in the compensation schedule, please advise and we will respond via email with a confidential login/password to the firm’s system and immediately send work for your area. Training on the use of our on-line system will be conducted by telephone once you have received your first papers. Unless you are a local server to our Columbia, MD office, you will receive your work by Priority Mail and email.
In order to receive compensation from Due ProcessUSA, applicants are required to complete the IRS Substitute W-9 form and fax to (443) 583-0292 (Do not email this form). The firm understands that in today’s climate you may not want to immediately divulge this information until you are assured you are contracting with a legitimate company. If you wish to withhold your SSN until given work to assure this is a legitimate service that is fine. However, please note that in order to pay you for any papers served we would need that information. Toward that end, please forward this information once you are comfortable in doing so.
